When choosing a Realtor, it's important to work with someone who is familiar with and has experience with the type of real estate you are looking for.  If you are looking for land, make sure your Realtor has experience in land transactions.  The same thing goes for condominiums, luxury properties, new construction, etc.  Different types of real estate requires different expertise...and different areas require certain knowledge.

I don't pretend to be an expert in everything...and I'm not.  If you are looking for a type of property that I don't think that I can be the BEST agent for you, I will tell you and will recommend another Realtor for you to work with.

As your Buyer's Agent, I pledge to:

• Accompany you to view homes or preview homes for you so that you can make a qualified decision
• Advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase and present that offer to the seller's agent on your behalf
• Negotiate on your behalf - with your interests in mind - to help you obtain the desired property with
• Provide you with a list of qualified vendors (lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, settlement agents, movers, contractors, etc) , as necessary
• Assist you in securing financing, if needed
• Most imporantly, I will fully represent YOU throughout the transaction
