A Virginia native, Jonathan has spent the last 15 years of his life in Central Virginia.  After graduating from Woodberry Forest School, he attended the University of Virginia and earned a Bachelor’s in English. 

Before beginning his real estate career, Jonathan used his entrepreneurial spirit to help launch and grow 3 different companies on a national scale.  Serving in sales, marketing and operational roles, he played an integral role in building these businesses nationally. During his time with these start-ups, he honed his business skills by leading sales teams, implementing marketing plans, negotiating contracts, and developing operational strategies.

Growing tired of the constant travel, Jonathan decided to begin his real estate career by rehabbing and flipping properties in and around Charlottesville.  Eventually, he joined Real Estate III and is now a full-time REALTOR and real estate investor.

Jonathan resides in Albemarle County with his wife, Megan, son, Davis, and dog, Buffett.
